This guarantee covers all courses and subscriptions through the Optimnem website.

Subscriber is eligible for a full money-back refund for any course purchase made through the website, provided he/she makes a request by e-mail to either the course tutor or webmaster, prior to receipt of more than one of the course's units. This is to prevent fraud, and help keep our prices low.

If for any reason, following receipt of the first unit for their chosen course, the subscriber wants to stop the course and apply for a refund of their original purchase, this guarantee allows them to do so, subject to the above condition.
